I founded ELKAN in the year 2000. I never stopped wanting to learn the sciences of organizations, psychology, leadership and people. Very young sciences compared to mathematics and physics. But we can never stop to be curious or seek improvement in either. I want to share and use my knowledge, experience and insights to help organizations and people to thrive and build great, sustainable and stable organizations. Leadership is the single most important part of creating the best organizations and workplaces.
